Courtyard by Marriott Kalamazoo Portage

The location was great. It was near many restaurants and attractions. But the best part was the guest service. The staff was so amazing! They were extremely kind and helpful in providing recommendations of nearby places to visit. Qwana, who works at the front desk, was beyond exceptional! Her energy was so welcoming and she was also happy to assist us. She truly made our experience even better! Please give her the raise she deserves. Her work ethic deserves compensation because her positive attitude is very hard to find in people, especially within customer service work settings. Give her that bag!!! I will definitely be back again to stay at the Marriott because she gave us such wonderful interactions.

The ambience of each room I have stayed in was fantastic as well as the check in area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.
